I have read many fantasy related books and series, and I have to say your Black Magician Trilogy remains at the top of a long long list for me, alongside classics such as Lord of the Rings. You cannot imagine how excited I got on a bus 3 hour bus journey home from University Yesterday I spotted your new new book 'The Magican's Apprentice' in the hands of the person sitting across from me. I spent an hour debating being bare-faced and asking him to see the back of the book before he got off. Oh silly me! That's how I ended up at this site. I am delighted to find that you have wrote a prequal and intend a sequel. I'm always able to curl up and satisfyingly reread your books at any time, and if possible I'm off to the shop tomarrow to buy The Magicans Apprentice, so I can promptly devour it. I'm sure I speak for many many fans when I say please keep at it. I can't wait for the sequel too. :D

I just finished The Novice today. I have started reading The High Lord now. I became addicted after a happenstance by when the B-Dalton, an offshoot of Barnes and Noble, in the mall was going out of business. I was looking for a fantasy series to fill my time and saw all three books. Best random chance decision I have made. I love the characters! Great Job on all your endeavors. I look forward to the prequel and sequels.

Hey Trudi, firstly, let me start by saying i have been a fan of your books since i was 13 years old. I first read the black magician trilogy and have probably read that about 4-5 times, however its your Age of the Five trilogy that has most captivated me... i've read it more times than i can remember and is definately my favourite book. I love how there is so much 'hidden' history throughout the book and i espiecally love the character Emerahl. I haev a question for you though, seeing as you did a prequel to the black magician trilogy, have you thought about doing one for the age of the five trilogy? Personally I think there is so much content that could be uncovered regarding Mirar's past and that of the gods too? I am just simply curious to if you have any plans. thank you

Your books have toiled with so many emotions, they sure are deep and powerful. Being able to take people to the worlds you created is fantastic, it sure is a thrilling ride. Until we meet one day. Reine from South Africa.

I really love your books! I literaly cannot any negative comment about your books (except in the Magician's Apprentice, page 436 there was a printing error; each line was 'cut' in the begining). And... what will the second book in the Traitor Spy Trilogy be called and (if you know) when will I be able to buy it in the UK? Again I adore your books and I read them over and over agsin, never getting bored. :) By the way, do you know (by chance) John Flanagan or Stephenie Meyer? Keep up the great books!

Thank you so much for creating the Black Magician Trilogy. Your stories bring magic into an otherwise ordinary life and make living much more fun! May you never ever run out of words and new adventures! And of course I'm anxiously looking forward to the sequel - already I love the prequel!:-)

The Magicians Guild book was left by a patient at work and for want of something new to read, I took it home. Hooked from the start! An excellent trilogy and eagerly awaiting the next three. Keep up the good work.
